EVHOA-AZ Boundary Map

Attached is the map for the Estrella Vista HOA in Goodyear, AZ.  The blues lines reflect the external boundary of the HOA community development. The red lines show the boundaries between the parcels of land that were developed in different phases.   Beazer Homes began construction of the Estrella Vista community development in 1999 beginning with Parcel "C". Beazer Homes continued development of Parcels "A&B", "D", The Villas at Estrella Vista, "F", and Parcel "8' in overlapping succession through 2005. 

The entire map shows the plat of land, or subdivision, known as Estrella Vista according to the Maricopa County Assessor's records. The homes outside the blue border, to the left on the map, are not part of the Estrella Vista HOA or any other HOA or Community Association.  Parcel "G" is owned by the City of Goodyear.
